As you already know Covet Group will be at Moscow at the Salone del Mobile event which will start tomorrow, October 10, this event will focus on putting into evidence high-end furniture from all around Europe, but it will not stop there from 10 to 12 October will also happen inside the event the Master Classes and work talks that will go beyond the furniture, providing a cultural counterpoint and an opportunity for discussion and reflection of design and interior architecture.
MASTER CLASSES
The speakers will talk at Crocus Expo-2, Conference Room, Hall 7. They are high class designers and architects that will put their ideas, experiences and discuss the future of design.
From a chronological order the speakers will be:
Ferruccio Laviani, Wednesday 10th October, 2p.m – “My point of view. A Ferruccio Laviani speech about personal experience in product design and architecture. “
The first speaker of the masterclasses is Ferruccio Laviani is a company, industrial products and retail design artistic director, that was born in Cremona, Italy in 1960. He designs for many famous brands in his own right. His career has embraced literary and musical culture and many, deliberate, cross-pollinations. He is a non-conformist designer, alert to passions and always generous with his designs.
Fabio Novembre, Thursday 11th October, 1.30 p.m – “My Way.”
On the second day of the event will have Fabio Novembre, Italian architect and designer, a reference of Italian design, he is one of the most vivacious and imaginative designers on the contemporary scene, unafraid of bucking the trend with hugely powerful creative projects countering the prevailing minimalism. He has collaborated with brands all over the world.
Mario Bellini, Friday 12th October, 1.30 p.m – “Design as a cultural act.”
And for the last day of the master classes Mario Bellini also an Italian architect and designer will talk, he who is a lover of art, has spent his career in the sphere of industrial design, establishing himself as one of the most outstanding exponents of historic and contemporary Italian design the world over.
Work Talk, Thursday 11th October, 3.30 p.m.
And also happening during the Salone del Mobile Moscow at the second day is the Work Talk, now on its second edition will be given by Katerina Lashmanova, a young but already established interior designer, who will discuss contemporary Russian design.
