March kick-off at Covet Group, the world of thinkers & makers, with a week full of commitments and activities that were made to improve and show the real work that has been done and where improvement is needed
During this week, teams and managers got together in the Covet Town and OM offices with the purpose to increase the performance in all sectors, with a special focus in as sales, with the motto “We all Sell”.
As usual, Covet Academy was one of the main places to learn, this time with a different and more cultural approach, two interviews and a session about Time Management.
The first one was an interview with Amândio Pereira, CEO of the COVET Group where his personal and professional profile was detailed thru questions made by Covet’s employees. After this session, Time Management was the subject that leaded Covet Academy. Amândio Pereira and Marta, COO from BRABBU shared their vision and organization and how important a good and cohesive routine can improve results and, also, increase the time for personal projects.

To close the week, Covet Academy brought the Thinker of the Year, Carina Sá, and the Maker of the Year, Sr. Cosme, together in a shared interview where experiences, bits of advice, inspirations, and memories were shared with the public.
An homage to craftsmanship was the icing on the cake before the party. PREGGO opened its doors to the COVET GROUP brands and agencies while pieces where craft and, also let thinkers try one technique like gold leaf plated or hammering.
Before the party, the Br(h)ands Foundation also paid tribute to PREGGO artisans in the different materials by showing the people behind the work.
