Cristina Amaro describes herself, in her professional life, as a creative and enterprising businesswoman. Regarding her attitude, she considers herself a resilient and optimistic person. And in personal life, as a woman of love and dreams.
Cristina fought for her dream for 3 years. And since she saw it come true, she has also seen it being awarded nationally and internationally, becoming a reference in the Portuguese market and television and identified as the oldest magazine of SIC Notícias.
Author, Pivot and Editorial Director of Imagens de Marca for 14 years, she is nowadays “passing the portfolio” and embracing new challenges in her career by signing new author spaces in SIC, SIC Notícias, SIC Internacional and Imagens de Marca online, channels which receive the following headings: Marcas da Nossa Vida, I´M Out of Office e À Conversa Com. Now Executive Director of the brand, she also with the manages the company she founded in 2003, I’M in Motion, and is President of Empower Brands Community (EBC), a healthy brand aggregator movement that aims to contribute to a community and economy of which it is also founder.
The Academy is one of the areas that most excites her and which she has in mind to continue to develop into new projects that are being developed within EBC. She started her career in advertising, but it was in journalism that she fell in love.
