This week starts two of the most inspiring design events that will overtake the cities of Paris and Helsinki and celebrate design in every corner. That is right this week starts the Paris Design Week and Helsinki Design Week! Let’s see what you can expect from these wonderful events!
Paris Design Week – Sept. 5 – 14, 2019
Paris Design Week 2019 this week and, following a now well-established tendency, it is set to transform the City of Light with special events, projects and presentations. Overlapping the Maison et Objet show and uniting an increasingly international design community, Paris Design Week will certainly put you up to date with the latest design trends while presenting the future ones.
For ten days, the event invites French and international professionals and the general public to discover the best showcases of design in Paris, while the leading talents in the discipline gather in the LE OFF exhibition.
Helsinki Design Week – Sept. 5 – 15, 2019
Targeted for design lovers and professionals, the 230 events surrounding the Helsinki Design Week festival bring together several branches of design with plenty of information to each visitor.
Spread throughout the city, there’s a variety of events you can have a look on. From museums to markets, seminar halls to secret shops, the design event wants to have a whole new perspective and an inclusive approach to the way people explore the city and how design is so closely involved.
